To cover expenses, we kindly ask for a minimum order of 15 EUR.

Delivery
Please make sure, that your order can be delivered to your adress. In
case you're not home, you can tell us to send your goods to your office,
to your next door neighbour or your relatives. Just choose another shipping
adress within the order process.
DHL will deposit your parcel for 7 days in their main branch, where you
can pick it up during that time. If you don't collect it, the parcel will
be sent back to us.
In this case, we would have to charge you again for shipping, if we have
to send it again.
Shipping insurance & damage
All shipments within Germany are without further payment insured up to
a value of 520 EURO against breakage or loss, if sent by DHL parcel.
Any damage must be immediately communicated to the transport carrier in
writing.
